ICU nursing report

Good morning everyone

The  total numbers of patients in ICU is:  & there are 12 patients in our ward. 4 new patients, 2 patients was discharged. 2 patients was Transferred out.

Bed one，name 张。。，male/female，88 years old，diagnosis is COPD

24hours vital signs report：

The temperature was 36.2-38 centigrade

The heart rate was 80-100 beat per min（minute）

The respiratory rate was 10-20 bate per min

The Spo2 was 98-100 percent

The NBPS was 60-100 mmHg (milimetre  mercury)

The NBPD was 50-60 mmHg

The CVP was 8-12 cmH2O  (centimeter water column)

24 hours fluid balance report:

The Total input was 2000 ml (milliliter) including venous input was 1000 ml, oral input was 1000ml .

The Total output was 1900ml, including urine was 1000ml , stool was 500ml, sputum was 20ml , sweat was 480ml ,chest drainage was 100ml, ventricular  drainage was 20ml, peritoneal cavity drainage was 100ml.

24 hours positive/ negative  fluid balance was 100 ml
